The Whole Hearted Woman
Welcome to The Whole Hearted Woman Podcast—a Christ-centered space for honest conversations about what's really happening in our hearts and what it looks like to bring those places into relationship with Jesus.
Maybe you love God. You believe His Word. You've prayed, served, kept going, and done your best to be faithful.
And yet, there may still be places where you feel stuck.
Old wounds still speak. Patterns repeat. Relationships stir things in you that you don't always understand. Maybe life has changed and you're wondering who you are now—or you sense God calling you toward something new, but something keeps getting in the way.
What if needing healing wasn't a failure of faith?
I'm Kristen Rey, author of A Heart Fully Alive and founder of Heart 2 Heart Ministry. Here, we'll slow down, open Scripture, and explore the places where faith and real life meet.
We'll talk about identity, wounds, emotional patterns, boundaries, relationships, surrender, purpose, spiritual formation, and what it means to live from a heart increasingly formed by Jesus.
Because sometimes the situation consuming all of our attention isn't the whole story.
Sometimes we need to look beneath the surface and ask:
What's happening in my heart?
What have I come to believe because of what I've experienced?
What patterns have grown from those beliefs?
What is mine to carry—and what isn't?
And what might Jesus be inviting me to see differently?
This isn't about spiritual performance or pretending everything is fine.
It's about bringing our whole heart to Jesus and allowing Him to heal, restore, and form the way we live.
So whether you're healing from what's behind you, navigating a season you didn't expect, or sensing that God is calling you toward something new, come sit with me.
Bring your questions. Bring your story. Bring your whole heart.
And let's discover together what it means to become a woman who doesn't simply believe in Jesus—but increasingly learns to live with Him and from Him.
Stop surviving.
Start living from a whole heart.
